Prenatal Yoga with Meghan Starting in November

We are thrilled to be hosting an early winter Prenatal Yoga series with Meghan Salmon Tumas teaching. Meghan is not only a certified yoga instructor with experience teaching prenatal sessions but is a mom as well.

In this series you should expect to learn about how yoga poses and the power of the breath can help strengthen the body & prepare the mind for birth and beyond.

You'll cover techniques to help you:

Reduce stress and anxiety
Lessen common pregnancy discomforts
Prepare your body and mind for birth and motherhood
Establish helpful posture for holding your baby, before and after birth
