New Community Classes starting in January

We are excited to be offering 2 new Community Classes at Spot Wellness starting this January. Our new Community Classes are taught by working members or teachers in training; free for Spot members, suggested donation of $5-$7 for non-members. Half of all donations go directly to the Ashland School Garden.

Meditation with Liz Windett

Sundays from 5:30pm-6pm starting January 8, 2017

Drop in to relax and refocus the mind during this 30-minute meditation session. We will sit together in this silent, nonrestrictive anapanasati, with periodic guidance from the instructor.

This class will help you calm the mind, provide you with a supportive space in which to meditate, and equip you with the tools necessary to continue your practice outside of class. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience with meditation.

Blankets or chairs will be provided, however, if you have one, please bring a meditation cushion or "zafu".
