By including your baby in your practice, you also gift him or her with foundations in body awareness and emotional connection. All mothers are welcome to participate in this class, but if recently pregnant they should discuss with their health care provider about when to begin light exercise after childbirth. The class is most appropriate for babies birth through crawling.
